| REFUND POLICY:
Other than custom designs and bridal jewelry, your purchase may be returned
for any reason within seven (7) days of shipment. We will issue a refund for
the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs which are
non-refundable. Please contact us before returning a purchase. |
| REPAIRS:
Great care is taken when making my jewelry to insure the piece will last a
long time. If your jewelry breaks with regular wear, I will repair your
jewelry for free for up to 4 months from the date of purchase. If I am
unable to repair or refurbish, I will issue a store credit towards any other
item in my shop. After 4 months, there will be an added fee for time and
materials.
Please contact us before returning an item for repair.
